Strong Bonding: Only the partial pre-treatment by Openair-Plasma® enables adhsion of a TPU soft component to the PP body. As a producer of TPU, we can remarkably enlarge and improve the bonding possibilities of TPU with other thermoplastics in sandwich moulding through the application of the Openair-Plasma® technology. The advantages with regard to other methods are unequivocal: aside the decisive function, the integration of this plasma technology into processes is uncomplicated, and there are no problems with industrial hygiene or environmental pollution.
