Plasmatreat Korea Co., Ltd. is the Korean subsidiary of Plasmatreat GmbH, a world-leading plasma system manufacturer, headquartered in Steinhagen, Germany. Plasmatreat Korea is one of Plasmatreat’s key offices in Asia.
Introduction
Plasmatreat Korea was established in 2017 and is located in Gunpo-si, Gyeonggi-do. Our team supports our Korean customers, regarding sales, technical service and after-sales and they evaluate and implment new and exciting Openair-Plasma® and PlasmaPlus® applications in Korea.
Furthermore, our state-of-the-art applicaiton lab and customer demo space houses the latest Plasmatreat innovations combined with the necessary test and analytics equipment.
Service & Training Centre
Customer proximity and swift reaction times are at the core of what we do and are key success factors for a long and trusted relationship with our clients. Therefore, we manage and operate our Korean Service & Training Centre right here in Gunpo-si. Not only are we able to deliver all regular spare parts promptly, we are also capable to provide fast & efficient service & support – remotely or directly on site. We conduct regular service & maintenance trainings to educate the responsible service teams and ensure long-term stability & reliability in our customer's manufacturing processes.
Customer-specific application evaluation
Our Openair-Plasma® experts are looking forward to speak with you about your specific application and production situation. After an initial analysis and consultation, we provide a free plasma process evaluation in our local laboratory. Our findings are summarized in a detailed lab report that shows the process improvements and how they can be translated to your specific production situation.
